1.  I’ve heard a lot of experts say that fear isn’t real. That is such a bunch of bologna. Fear is so real. In fact, there are probably things that you’re afraid of doing right now in your life, in your relationships, at work. And the fact that you’re afraid, that’s robbing you of all of the experiences that you wanna have in your life.
2. So, where does confidence even come from? There are several factors that impact confidence, such as your genes. Two: how you're treated. And three: the part you have control over, the choices you make and how you think about and respond to challenges and setbacks.

It isn't possible to completely untangle these three factors, but the personal choices we make certainly play a major role in confidence development.
2. Being caught talking to yourself can feel embarrassing, and some people even stigmatize this behavior as a sign of mental instability.

But decades of psychology research show that talking to yourself is completely normal. In fact, most, if not all of us, engage in some form of self-talk every single day. So, why do we talk to ourselves? And does what we say matter?
3. Now, first, before we get into the secret weapon, I just wanna cover a few facts about fear. What it is, what it isn’t. So, first thing. Fear is a physical state in your body that is exactly the same as excitement. Let me say that again. Fear and excitement are the exact same physical state.
